GERALD L. DIDDY

Gerald L. Diddy, lawyer and developer, is the Chief Executive Officer of Sun Mountain Development, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, in the development of various real estate and casino projects.

Prior to originating Sun Mountain Development, Mr. Diddy was Vice-President for Project Development of the Showboat Casino Company in New Jersey and Nevada. The company is certified in Arizona to finance and operate tribal casinos within the state.

Mr. Diddy founded and was Managing General Partner of SunCor Development Partners in Phoenix, Arizona with a subsidiary of Pinnacle West Capital (NYSE: PNW). Under his direction the partnership invested and initiated development in properties with a cost basis of $450 million. With a staff of 55, the partnership built and operated a championship golf course, a 1,400 acre master planned community (Tatum Ranch) and developed various large commercial and industrial properties.

In addition, Mr. Diddy originated a 12,000 acre land purchase from Goodyear Tire Company for $221 million including the five star Wigwam Resort and several operating companies.

Mr. Diddy served as President of MeraCor Development of Phoenix, for four years overseeing real estate development projects in the Western United States with a portfolio value exceeding one billion dollars Prior to active real estate and casino development, Mr. Diddy was a practicing attorney in Arizona for a period of twelve years. He received both his undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of Arizona and is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Minnesota and Federal courts.

KATHY KENNEDY

As Vice President of Sun Mountain Development, LLC, Kathy Kennedy brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to the Sun Mountain Team. Her background includes commercial brokerage, specializing in office and retail sales and leasing projects in New Mexico and Arizona.

During her tenure at The Circle K Corporation, Ms. Kennedy was responsible for coordinating $200 million in sales through the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process as well as conflict resolution regarding environmental issue. Additionally, Ms. Kennedy has more than ten years experience in commercial title and escrow transactions.

Ms. Kennedy holds a B. A. in Business Administration and an Arizona Real Estate Broker's license and acts as the Designated Broker for NorthRidge Realty, LLC - The sales office of Sun Mountain Development, LLC. As a member of the Sun Mountain Team, her extensive real estate background and ability to understand client's needs make her an asset in all aspects of real estate development.
