NorthRidge Estates

NorthRidge Estates features approximately 28 lots in a gated community. Lots are spacious and many have 360 degree views. NorthRidge Estates is unique in nature to Wickenburg as it is the only truly gated community.

NorthRidge Senior Village

NorthRidge Senior Village is a premier senior assisted living facility, located within walking distance of the Wickenburg Regional Medical Center.

The facility will feature independent living in a garden style setting together with assisted living facilities. Residents will enjoy the proximity of the units to the newly remodeled Regional Medical Center, which will house a heated pool together with therapeutic rehabilitation facilities.

Completion of this project is anticipated in December of 2004.

Administrative Offices

A 36,000 square foot office building is on the drawing board for spring of 2004. Negotiations are currently underway with a single user tenant.

NorthRidge Apartments

NorthRidge Apartments are slated to break ground in the fall of 2003 with an anticipated completion date of late summer, 2004.

The initial phase is anticipated to contain 24 one and two bedroom apartments

Tribal Casino

The Company has an agreement with the San Juan Southern Paiute Tribe to acquire land and place it in trust with the United States Government.

Upon completion of the trust process, Sun Mountain will have a management agreement with the Tribe to operate, in all respects, an Arizona authorized Casino.
