Founded in 1997, Sun Mountain Development, LLC was initially formed for the purpose of consulting with Indian tribes and developing Native American casinos throughout the United States.

While continuing in that venture, the Company has evolved as a full service real estate development company developing subdivisions, apartments, townhomes, commercial offices, retail, mobile home parks, and a senior assisted living projects.

The Company develops its own projects as well as provides professional development expertise for clients on a fee basis. Additionally, Sun Mountain works with various lending organizations, investors, syndications, and individuals seeking development advise.

Sun Mountain owns and operates NorthRidge Realty, LLC, an Arizona licensed brokerage office, and welcomes cooperation with other brokers in acquisition and disposition of products.

Headquartered in rapidly growing Wickenburg, Arizona, Sun Mountain presently has projects in Flagstaff and Wickenburg. Sun Mountain Development is committed to creating quality projects and excellent service to its clients.
